Depending on the size of the extraction site, MWS's range of equipment has a suitable wet classifying sand plant to suit water requirements, sand production and the required size of the in-spec sand/cut point.

Direct fed CSP 120-1 in Northland
Deployed in a direct feed sand extraction site, the MWS CSP 12-1 takes an infeed of approximately 0-10mm material from a local sand-rich resource. Since the CSP range can be direct fed material up to 20mm there is no need for a screen to classify or wash material prior to entering the Hydrocyclone. Contaminants are vigorously washed off in the high-pressure chamber resulting in clean spec sand purchased by local concrete manufacturers.
