Delivered free every quarter in New Zealand. The Stack is your quarterly magazine on everything Quarrying in New Zealand.
No strings attached. We’ll organise the printing and delivery. And if you don’t like it we guarantee your money back!
Studies show that people who read our magazine are smarter than those who don’t. Or is that being a bit cheeky?
We’re experts in equipment, but unfortunately not so much in English. So we can guarantee there’s going to be at least one mistake in every edition. But you’ll still come away smarter.

We produce The Stack Magazine entirely in-house every quarter. Our goal? To share our passion for quarrying with the industry, highlight customers crushing it with their equipment, and provide some technical guidance on operations.
It’s a team effort, through each quarter we prepare a case-study on a quarry, what they produce, how they do it and what they use. We also create several articles and videos explaining the latest equipment, how to’s, operations and events.
There's no direct answer when deciding which Sand Extraction Plant is best, as each type of plant has overlapping benefits and downsides, depending on what type of operation is extracting sand. As an overview; a CSP is the least mobile but has the highest performance figures, extracting more sand at a higher rate. The Sand Screw range is partially mobile but will require cranage for movements, however, its performance is not at the level of a CSP, if run efficiently it can produce fairly good results. The Bucket Wheel represents the most mobile, being trailered, however, it's also the smallest in the range as such its throughput is also the lowest, it does however produce a semi-dry product upon discharge.
Choosing the right plan can be hard but we offer an extensive pre-sale consultation including lab testing the feed material and helping select the right machine for mobility, water usage and of course business results.
All complete plants and Equip2 deployed Sand Extraction units go through an extensive pre-sale process. We lab test the feed material and go through an in-depth check of the sites extraction layout to make sure the recommended plant will be able to produce the desired results. Although an exact guarantee of results is partially out of hands we endeavour to make sure the machine is fit for purpose, staff are inducted on its proper running and that parts and support is always available. Our track record of successful deployments across New Zealand demonstrates our expertise in helping quarries build the right washing solution.
